Take 5 Overview

Take 5 slots comes with three reels, three rows and five fixed paylines. The a backdrop is hazy green with all the necessary controls sited at the bottom of the screen.

On the reels, you’ll find the traditional slot machine symbols such as red sevens, blue stars, golden bells, plums, oranges, lemons, cherries and blue diamonds. All symbols can appear in stacks from time to time, meaning that multiple paylines could be triggered in one spin.

Also, all except the diamonds are doubled up, but pay as one. There are no wild or bonus symbols in Take 5.

How To Play Take 5

Before you start collecting cherries and lucky 7s, you need to set your bets. This can be done by clicking the “-/+” buttons and choosing between 50 and 10,000. This, multiplied by the number of paylines (which is always 5), gives you the total bet of between 250 and 50,000. If you wish to directly skip to the highest bet available, simply click the ‘Max Bet’ button at the right hand side of the reels. When you’re ready to start spinning, push the circular arrows button in the bottom right corner. There’s also an Autoplay option which spins the reels automatically until turned off.

How To Win Take 5 Slots

In order to receive a payout, you simply have to land three matching symbols upon any of the 5 paylines. The lowest-paying symbol in Take 5 slots is the diamond, awarding 5 times the bet per line. This means that if you’re playing with the minimum total bet of 250, that means your bet per line is 50, so landing five of the diamond symbols will score you 5 x 50 = 250. If, on the other hand, you’re playing with the maximum total bet of 50,000, i.e. 10,000 per line, five diamonds will pay 50,000. Next are the cherries and landing five of them on a payline will award 20x your line bet, which, played with the maximum bet, equals to 200,000. Lemons, oranges and plums are worth up to 400,000 for five, which is a multiplier of 40. The bell pays 100x the bet per line for landing a five-of-a-kind combination, whereas the stars pay 250x. The 7s are the highest-paying symbol in the game, offering a payout of up to 10,000,000 or 1,000 times your bet per line for five matching symbols on a payline.

Take 5 Bonus Features

Win Repeater

This is the game’s main bonus feature and you can trigger it if you manage to land cherries, lemons, oranges or plums on all positions on the reels. If you do that, you’ll get a chance to repeat that 5-payline win up to five times in a row (hence the game’s title). You’ll be presented with a wheel with five segments – four showing ‘Win’ and one showing ‘End’. So, as long as the wheel stops at a ‘Win’ field, your win is repeated. However, if you land the ‘End’, the round is over.

Gamble Feature

After each win, you are presented with a ‘Gamble’ option. You can choose between two ways to try to increase your winnings:

  • Ladder – Try and work your way up a ladder with prizes of up to 15,000 credits. As you hit the “Gamble” button, you’ll land on a higher or lower step of the ladder. You can continue to gamble until you reach the top, or hit the bottom step and win nothing.
  • Cards – Click the red or black buttons to guess whether the turned over playing card is red or black. The odds are 50/50 and a correct guess will double your wins, but an incorrect guess will result in the winnings from the main game being lost.

Progressive Jackpot

Take 5 slots also comes with a collective progressive jackpot that keeps on rising with every spin placed on the reels. In order to qualify for the jackpot, you’ll have to play with a minimum wager.
